You can’t make an omelette without breaking some eggs

Ola and I watched a movie this evening entitled “Julie and Julia” which chronicled Julia Child’s life in France in the 1950s and blogger Julie Powell who gained notoriety on the internet by completing 536 of Child’s recipes from “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” in one year. The film was great and pretty funny at times.

I felt a bit inspired at 1:30 AM and decided to find some video of Child’s “The French Chef” TV program. Long story short- dig on this simple but KILLIN’ omelette recipe from the master herself…
